Our Policy

All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Our minimum rental time is 2 hours.

  • Additional time can be added based on availability and must be paid in full before the event

 

Booking and Payment

 

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

  • Your booking is only confirmed after both the deposit or full payment are received.

  • The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the event.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit card.

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited, but remaining balance is not due. If full payment was received. All monies are refunded except deposit. 

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: All payments made are non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is allowed (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours prior to the event date.

 

 

Safety & Liability

At Kolorful Experience 360, your safety and the protection of our equipment and staff are top priorities. Please review the following terms regarding safety expectations and liability coverage during your event:

  • The Client is responsible for providing a safe, level, and dry area for setup and operation of the 360 photo booth.

  • Access to a standard power outlet (110V) must be available within 15 feet of the booth setup area.

  • The area should be clear of obstacles, away from high traffic zones, and covered in case of outdoor events (tent or roofed structure required).

Photo & Data Usage

At Kolorful  Experience  360, we value your privacy and are committed to using all media and data collected during our services responsibly and transparently.

Photo & Video Usage

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Kolorful Experience 360 may capture photo and video content during your event for quality assurance and promotional purposes.

  • These images/videos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials (including flyers, reels, or advertisements).

  • No content will be sold or shared with third parties outside of Kolorful Experience 360.

Opt-Out Option:
If you prefer that we do not use any footage from your event, you may opt out by emailing us or requesting it in writing prior to your event date.

Acknowledgement

By booking with Kolorful Experience 360, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all safety policies and accepts full responsibility for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use of the equipment.
